Moving Services Terms
We do not accept checks. 3 hours is a minimum labor requirement plus Double Drive Time (if the distance between your pickup and drop-off locations is more than 10 miles). There is an overtime rate after 8 hours, where every hour is considered as one and a half hours. Up to the 2nd floor, the stairs are free. According to California State Law, moving companies are required to charge DOUBLE DRIVE TIME if the distance between the pick-up and drop-off addresses is more than 10 miles. For example, if it is a 15-minute drive, we charge you for 30 minutes. Drive time rates prorated. If you have an item that is considered excessively bulky or heavy (300 lbs or more), please notify us in advance so we can bring the appropriate truck & tools.
We have basic insurance for the stuff, which is 60 cents per lb. If you want, you can purchase additional insurance for the stuff and property. Also, if you need packing, there is no fee for the packing service. You only pay for the regular time and for materials. The bubble wrap is $ 29, and the kitchen paper is $ 25. Boxes are $ 2.5 (small), $3.5 (medium), and $4.5 (large). If you want to keep a wardrobe box or blanket, it is $ 25 each (Let us know in advance if you need packing service). A customer is responsible for the parking permit and parking violations.
